Terms of Service

Welcome to Shanti's Nails. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Appointments

  1. 1.Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
  2. 2.We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  3. 3.Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price
  4. 4.No-shows will be charged the full service price
  5. 5.We hold your reservation for 15 minutes past the scheduled time; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling

Deposits and Payments

  1. 1.A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking for services over $100
  2. 2.Deposits are applied toward the total service cost
  3. 3.Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations
  4. 4.We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash via Square
  5. 5.Gratuity is appreciated but never expected

Gift Cards

  1. 1.Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  2. 2.Gift cards do not have an expiration date
  3. 3.Gift cards are transferable and may be used by anyone
  4. 4.Lost or stolen gift cards can be replaced with proof of purchase
  5. 5.Gift card purchases do not earn loyalty points

Loyalty Program

  1. 1.Loyalty points are earned on eligible service and retail purchases
  2. 2.Points can be redeemed for services, upgrades, and select products
  3. 3.Tier status is determined by cumulative points earned within a calendar year
  4. 4.Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity
  5. 5.Shanti's Nails reserves the right to modify the loyalty program with 30 days notice

Liability

  1. 1.Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before their appointment
  2. 2.Shanti's Nails is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities
  3. 3.We use high-quality, nontoxic products; however, individual reactions may vary
  4. 4.Any concerns about a service should be raised within 48 hours for a complimentary correction

Salon Policies

  1. 1.Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  2. 2.Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  3. 3.We kindly ask that phones be set to silent mode during services to maintain a peaceful environment
  4. 4.Our salon maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and tool sterilization
  5. 5.Outside food and beverages are not permitted; complimentary refreshments are provided

Intellectual Property

  1. 1.All nail art designs created at Shanti's Nails are original works by our artists
  2. 2.Photos of completed work may be taken by our team for portfolio and social media use, unless you opt out
  3. 3.Website content, branding, and imagery are the property of Shanti's Nails and may not be reproduced without permission

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
